Nicole Wiz fine foo fighters suck. i just really like a few of their songs. literally like 4 or 5. nirvana was pretty gay ill admit. the song Low for example is an awesome song. as for calling them rock, when i go to hastings and look at their cd it will either say Alternative or rock/pop. alternative rock or rock/pop. that means the genre of music they make is rock. i didnt decide that. some person long ago, far away decided that,. until you have more clout in the musical world then said individual id say its safe to say we can defer to his grand authority on the matter and call them rock. just because something sucks doesnt mean it isnt what its intended to be. mcdonalds is still food. Nicole Wiz I dont recall making a point. i said an opinion. The foo fighters are legitimate. they have some pretty good songs. Realistically no they are not some deep profound band with astounding talent but they are creative, often times original, FUN and are a feel good type band. im not going to put you in a concentration camp no. But now i see youre getting in your feelings a lot bringing up the nirvana thing.. lol .. Well there is no denying dave grohl can 1. write competent song lyrics, 2. But there's a difference between being abused and being harvested for food. All life is precious, but when it comes down to it, it's just the way things have to be if one animal eats another for sustenance. And even if you're a vegetarian, you're still eating something, and you're still killing something. It would be different if dogs, cows, or chickens were sentient; but they're not. Back to the point I made in my first post, one cannot pick and choose which life is precious to them based on how cute and fuzzy it is. An animal is an animal, and all of them are precious, but when it comes to harvesting them as a food resource, no one animal has more rights than the others.
