Personally, I found it boring. Yeah, its fun to sneak around and kill people for a time, but when all of the missions get the same it gets really repetitive. I never finished AC Brotherhood because I just got... Bored.
Also, some of the sneaking bothered me. I can't remember what they didn't let you do, but it was bothersome. I'm not sure, but I think it was the awkwardness associated with peeking around a corner. It didn't have a mechanic that let me easily look around the corner, I had to stand there awkwardly hoping that Ezio didn't randomly leap forward as I was trying to adjust my camera so I could see. Maybe I now sound like an idiot because there IS a way to do that? I don't even remember if this was my problem with the game. Maybe it was some other corner-peekless game. -shrug-
Miguel Munoz Definitely. I still loved the first one because the gameplay was still solid, just repetitive. But I really loved the story. And since then the gameplay has only gotten better and the story has gotten deeper. And there's multiplayer.
@[1066348192:2048:Katie Kyger] AC1 was terrible. The only good part was the story. The second one was amazing. Granted, the missions where you have to tail someone get tedious but the fact of the matter is that that was realistic. An Assassin hides in the shadows and waits. The series is amazing. And ACR is the best of all of them. The graphics, the background, the side-stories, the game mechanics, the multiplayer. All of it improved drastically.
