I am a vegetarian for health reasons. Watch the movie "Forks over Knives" and at least hopefully it will open the door for you to see just how foolish you truly are when it comes to dieting. There are far more risks involved eating meat than positives and even exercising and moderation will not do the trick. Sure, meat could be eaten, but animals aren't meant to be eaten as the main focus of every meal. Meat is a garnish at best.I am a vegetarian for health reasons. You're biting into the meat of an animal that was tortured its whole life, and pumped full of chemicals. It's a trillion dollar industry, and its disgusting. You should see how those chicken nuggets, or that bacon you love to chow down on was actually prepared. You'd puke. Of course, I fully understand, you don't need to know or care about how something was prepared as long as it tastes good. And yes, having eaten meat for years, I love the taste.
