But every once in awhile, a game comes that combines the two terms together. The Elder Scrolls foretold this game's return. It is TES, SKYRIM! *dramatic music*
Hey! Despite the fact that I never go out except for work, am very insulted by this, and spend all my free time on this computer looking at DudeLOL and similar sites, I object to this!
(:P)
Any one with any sort of intelligence or reasoning ability knows full well that a label is a crutch. Labels are what we adopt when we do not have the individuality or personality to define ourselves. That, or people throw labels upon us and we chose to embrace them rather than fight them.

this is a noob. she doesnt get it. there is a difference between a gamer and a nerd, a nerd is a guy/girl who is very good at math and offently not very social, only cares about his grades/work. a gamer is a person dedicated to the virtual world of pc/console gaming. and there is a difference, while performing there best skill a gamer will always wear a headset and be sitting in front of his computer. a nerd will be nerding.
I chose to embrace my label. With a label you're branded with an identity. An Identity that not only allows people who look at you negatively to define you, but those who are in your culture that can look at you positively because you share a common interest. There's nothing bad about a label. That's what allows society to carry on. If not for labels we'd be a society of individuals with no common direction or intent without labels there's be no cultures. Without culture there would be no civilization. The whole system falls apart.
People who don't game mostly can't understand the difference between those ; A nerd won't have time to play, he needs to get ready for his exam in 2 and half years, so he start studying now, a gamer's homework are mostly not done at all, because he was gaming
