During my entire time in the UK I have not seen one gun outside a gun range, and I would not know where to begin to look to obtain one. Most of those concerns could be resolved with lengthly amnesty period with some sort of government-run buy-back scheme (which will obviously be expensive). Criminals choose to keep hold of their weapons? He is right, spoons did help him to be fat just like guns help people to shoot and kill people. But being fat isn't illegal. Killing someone obviously is. To be honest, gun sellers are accomplices. Are there good reasons why guns should be legal? Yes. They obviously don't understand guns, the second amendment, and the *fact* that gun control hurts way more than it helps. It's not about there being no guns, it's about the fact that they have an unusually high violent crime rate, including stabbings and rape. Getting rid of guns didn't solve anything, the methods just shifted. Having a gun doesn't make you a killer, killing makes you a killer. thing is if we ban guns.. obviously the "bad people" who are shooting people won't care about the ban, they are disobeying laws any how..
