Jonathan Hall I concur! if all of the humans were spread out over the earth equally we would all get more than 1km square of land meaning that yes we all have enough land to produce food and also families could conjoin plots to produce more food and more hous building materials. Yes the older generation will suffer slightly but just as it has always been they are taken care off by the younger generation :D
The walls look like they are "cob" ... which is a combo of clay, straw, and sand... like adobe.
There are many houses in England that are built of cob that are 100's of years old. The roof overhangs such that the rainwater does not directly run down the sides. ... Also, the cob wall is plastered with an earthen plaster that is more water resistant. Hope this helps. We made a cob dragon here in rainy Oregon and put a dashing cape over it in the winter so it would not melt away.
I am at elfinwood sanctuary in Oregon. Hope you see this.... now 4 months later.
