Stupid. We're all the same species and while was are a "beautiful rainbow of diversity" tests should be the same. We all need to know the same basic skills like reading, writing, mathematics, etc. which is what schools focus on until college. The expectation bar is so low that anyone should easily meet what the State requires. Educators already spend far too much time catering to different learning styles when the real focus should be on expectations and student accountability for their own effort.
I don't think it works quite like that... I mean, we're all human. But, our educational structure is definitely flawed and fractured. Possibly beyond repair...
