You have to realize that IT people generally get calls from people who have no idea what the f1 button is. They're just trying to cover all the bases . It sucks giving people the benefit of the doubt and working with them for hours only to find out that the reason they couldn't access the internet is because they unplugged their router.You have to realize that IT people generally get calls from people who have no idea what the f1 button is. Kristen Lewis I always get rather offended when they ask me a question like that.
