While being too expensive for many people in the world, and also ripping off the governments that pay for it to be prescribed by its national health doctors. The original illegal version would have fewer side effects if it wasn't illegally pedalled, but either way the pills don't make you as stoned, so maybe the poor (who don't pay much tax towards national health provision anyway) get the last laugh. And there's the rub. (Rub! Get it?)

And Marinol still sucks too compared to other conventional drugs. I don't drink alcohol or smoke weed, but I must say that drinking is far more dangerous and harmful than smoking weed... so I will support legalizing weed as long as pot heads stop trying to argue the benefits of it and just admit that they like smoking it and nothing else.

I'm just sayin': Dr. Robert L. DuPont, Georgetown University School of Medicine, says that most opponents of the medical use of smoked marijuana are not hostile to the medical use of THC, while "most supporters of smoked marijuana are hostile to the use of purified chemicals from marijuana, insisting that only smoked marijuana leaves be used as 'medicine,' revealing clearly that their motivation is not scientific medicine but the back door legalization of marijuana." There are a bunch of other quotes I can pull from studies about how it's adverse effects with it's limited benefits easily snuff it out of a competition with other pharmaceutical drugs. That combined with the above... They just like to smoke weed! I'm fine with that too! There's no need to cover it up! So yeah, I admit it has medical benefits... but not enough to make that a valid argument IMO.

Kurk Knight So... don't legalize pot in general, keep it as a medically prescribed drugs for those who need it, which is primarily anorexic or dying people who are losing their appetite. :D Breed it for CBD instead of THC, in a while, the THC content will be so weak, getting a high out of it would be nigh impossible. How do I know this? The naturally occuring cannibus plants are not nearly as potent as the drug-inclined breed created by people. The kinds you enjoy are not natural and are genetically modified through generations of breeding due to human interference. From a medical perspective, it's completely possible and reasonable to cut out the THC while maintaining the CBD benefits. So, if we were to do that, would you still be interested? Most likely not because you are not disabled or passionate about the medical field.

Kurk Knight Medical marijuana is often prescribed - effectively - to people suffering from depression, emotional disorders, and believe it or not, to stave off HPPD. For instance, my grandfather gets a dose of the stuff, because it holds off the hallucinations he gets as a result of heavy LSD use when he was a teen.

We have become too reliant on fucking money. everyone is putting their faith on a piece of paper(especially religion) history has taught us that once an empire grows too much into power, it will innevitably come crumbling down. Many of us are just waiting for schit to hit the fan and have a total dysfuntional society. I'm talking about goverment people, it's about humanit and how we all have to live for a comon cause. Marijuana has always grown free in nature and it did not take any money to grow. we have lost our sense of spirituality and become more selfish and less caring about our surroundings. It may sound like ramblings, but there is some truth in this because there ARE others who think very similar to this belief. May we be blessed and awakened by whatever energy, entity, or force that binds us to this place.
