House, M.D. is ludicrous, but in a different way. House (Hugh Laurie) solves medical mysteries by using some crazy diagnoses and oftentimes through malpractice. It's a VERY interesting show. It's more of a drama, but is still humorous. You should at least watch one episode of it and see if you think it's interesting. If it isn't, then go back to It's Always Sunny.
