Kurk Knight My boss did something similar, only he told the cops he was looking at the car burgalar with his rifle scope, which he was, but the scope wasn't attached to the rifle. They never arrested him. My boss is amazing.
He should have shot them. Cops shouldn't have to be manipulated into actually preventing crimes. Exercise your second amendment rights and actually shoot them.

But youre wrong.
Someone had to work to get those tools. Which costs money, money is made by spending time doing a job. Time that could be spent with family or friends, but either way we only have so much time on this earth. Therefore they are stealing little bits of his life... Maybe 4-5 hours tops... But what would you do with an extra 4-5 hours left to live?
Kurk Knight Most places being CA and Hawaii? The majority of the good ole U.S. of A. cherishes the 2nd amendment and allows you to exercise your right to defend yourself AND your property
sadly most likely, but that is only because they have a set way of thinking/logic that does not allow for reasoning outside of that logic to be used succesfully. personally, if i were a judge/jury member i would say that it is a valid way of looking things.
When someone is trespassing on your property (where you actually live and sleep along with any family you may have), obviously committing a felony in the middle of the night it is pretty much assumed that you are defending your life.
