There IS a reasonable explanation for this... It's actually a paper hat (it's supposed to resemble a condom but they obviously don't) from a restaurant on the San Antonio riverwalk called Dick's Last Resort. The obscenity from servers and other patrons is a gimmick. It's definitely entertaining but the food is shitty. At least it's acceptable to say so as colorfully as you can.
