Sam, your idea is logical. Except that this appears to be from a small town newspaper. I've seen these reports before - but never in any major rags. But maybe the person who posted it didn't - in which case your explanation resonates. (Or he left a word out. My money is on "too excited to post"). :)Sam, your idea is logical.
